Lovely clean accommodation with room service up to 10pm with a. Amazing menu. Highly recommend the eye fillet. Handy just to go downstairs to the restaurant and have lunch deals. Food all day with no set time for meals. Halley and Adam at from reception of the hotel were very friendly and made the stay even better.

We ate at the restaurant as we have been doing for a few years now. Last week was our final visit after several disappointing experiences.. Service is non-existent once meal is delivered. Meals were very average and wrong menu given out showing a meal is chicken breast when in fact it was thigh. Tired of having to chase up a waitress for further service. The establishment must be losing a lot of money with no follow up service. Very disappointed and we have decided not to return. Young staff need to be better trained.

It was okay. We chose this because of where we were working. The bed was okay, the mattress dimples could be felt through the mattress topper. We were allocated one hand towel and no face washer. The water from the shower leaked under the shower screen so it was constantly wet between the toilet and shower glass/screen. There was mould in the shower which I photographed but think it best not to post here. Whatever you do, don’t eat in the restaurant!!

Party of 5, all our meals came out at different times, 2 didn’t even get our meals after we demanded a refund. A half arsed apology given. Very poor service and bad management. Not coming back to this dump.

We stayed 3 nights after attending a wedding in Qld. Room size was above average, clean and neat with a modern theme. We had breakfast included in room rate , evening meals were a let done, my wife had fish which was good but I had a rib eye steak after some oysters, the steak didn’t smell good or taste that nice, I strongly suspect it was old. I told staff and they offered to give me a free drink, which I didn’t want so they didn’t charge us for the current drinks, I accepted as I didn’t want anything from the kitchen. I also noticed next morning even breakfast had char grilled tomatoes again these were tasting burnt. I like char grilled but only if it’s done right. I can recommend hotel but it’s let down by the chef, as the restaurant is large and catering for general public as well as hotel guest.

I visited for lunch and decided on the Thai Beef Salad. When it was presented, in a large red bowl, it looked good. But...on inspection I discovered there was only four pieces of steak, and they were the size of a fifty cent piece! Wilted lettuce under a few scattered leaves and five halved cherry tomatoes! For $24 I feel ripped off! This is disgusting way to treat your customers. I will not go back! And I would not recommend.

Been a year since I stayed here last, and it didn't disappoint. Getting there - Was easy to find, ample parking, easy access to foyer and lifts. Check in - Again, easy and staff were polite and friendly. Room - Very spacious, clean and again I had a super comfy bed. Facilities - Downstairs is the restaurant and bar or just order room service. Next door is still a good Coles, and across the road is the Woollies and other small shops, so there is plenty of amenities in walking distance. I will be back.
