La première chose qui m’a marquée dans cet hôtel a été l’accueil chaleureux du personnel. Ils sont très aimables et souhaitent sincèrement que vous passiez un bon séjour. La chambre était spacieuse et relativement propre. Le cuisinier sera à votre écoute pour satisfaire vos envies culinaires.

I spent three pleasant weeks for work at Les Arcades. The room is basic but clean and cool, and there were no mosquitoes (mosquito screens on all windows). The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The garden is lovely and always nice and cool under the big trees. The location is great, you can walk anywhere. Breakfast is rather basic.

Si ce n'est le personnel très gentil et très serviable qui fait ce qu'il peut pour les clients, l'hôtel est dans un état assez catastrophique avec une salle de bain fréquentée par de grosses blattes, indigne d'un hôtel de cette catégorie, une télévision qui fonctionnait mal au début avant de cesser complètement de fonctionner (elle a été réparée mais cette réparation n'a tenu 2 que 2 heures), une connexion Wifi qui se fait mais derrière un débit quasiment nul la plupart du temps, un petit déjeuner avec un thé sachet vraiment pas terrible et un croissant industriel décongelé au micro-onde, des coupures d'eau régulières...
