Poor English language skills and no parking on site after 7pm.

The bathroom lighting was poor. Could barely see my face in the mirror.
Also, no possibility of taking a bath instead of a shower, although there was a bathtub.
I had to have my key updated twice.

As promised in an email which we showed as proof to the clerk of an early check in of noon ok’d by the Inn we arrived and were told we couldn’t check in until2. The clerk didn’t care about the email confirming that fact and told us to email the manager. He didn’t acknowledge that they were at fault even though there was proof. We left without staying even though we were already charged.

Bed was really uncomfortable, there was low water pressure no hot water, check in staff wasn’t helpful. Overall would only book again if it was last resort.

The rooms were clean but the bed was uncomfortable, every time you more you hear the loud box spring.

Made the reservation in error. Manager was never availably, terrible front desk service and was unwilling to cancel our reservations minutes after booking. Gave me the run around, never responded to my emails or phone calls.

Very accommodating and friendly staff as we were able to check in early. Room was clean and comfortable, and had mini fridge/microwave/coffee available. Parking was tight and some noise at night, but that was to be expected and didn’t bother us. Perfect for our one night stay.
