Fiz uma reserva pelo booking em 2019, mas o dono da pousada extra booking pediu para eu efetuar o pagamento de 10 diárias no cartão para poder garantir o valor e assim o fiz. Com o advento da pandemia a ilha foi fechada, entrei em contato e eles disseram que ou fariam o ressarcimento ou adiariam o período da hospedagem tão logo o turismo retornasse. Já tem vários dias que entro em contato e ninguém responde ou atende telefone. Sumiram com meu dinheiro. Maior cilada essa pousada e seus administradores. Ainda aguardo retorno e nada!! Não contratem, não vale a pena o risco. Procurem outras em morro de são Paulo.
