Pousada Nativo

A pousada está numa localização excelente, o quarto estava limpo, fomos bem tratados pelos funcionários e o ar-condicionado funciona muito bem. O quarto não tem luxo, porém condiz com o valor pago. Com certeza voltaria novamente, já que o valor foi ótimo.

I booked the hotel and the photos don't match reality, we found a cockroach in the room and the curtain was a cloth hanging in addition to there being a huge sink for brushing teeth next to the bed. The breakfast area is completely abandoned, I went with a friend, who didn't have breakfast one day, when I arrived I talked to the owner because I thought I had chosen the wrong room, but everything was fine for now, I didn't want any problems, the room It was correct although it does not match the reality of the photos. Regarding breakfast, the problem was not the simplicity but in fact the lack of care in the place, bales of food scattered around the place, cans of paint, anyway, the next day we asked the owner if we could store the suitcase somewhere, since which closed at 11 am and our boarding would be at 2 pm, he said we could pay 70 Reais or leave it there, on the coffee table which was outdoors, anyway. Without any care, a place that I do not recommend, we paid 455.00 for 2 stays, and it was worse than a hostel, I have been a ********** customer for years, I have never evaluated a hotel like this, unfortunately I need to inform you because they need to invest and be careful with the customer. The next day we spoke to the owner and she said that she didn't even charge for the doggo that was in the room, which by the way didn't require any work. They didn't charge me and I didn't pay because I chose this hotel precisely because they accepted dogs, and in fact they should have reimbursed us for everything that was reported.

Positive point is the location, which is very good. However, we missed a more cozy environment with an inviting reception, besides the fact that the breakfast was very simple and kind of in an improvised place without many options and variations between the days we stayed, there wasn't even a pattern on the dishes, it rained on one day and in that we missed a TV, there wasn't even one in the common area. Inn needs more care, a slightly more beachy or regional decor. Finally, something more cozy...

A acomodação foi ruim, ficamos num quarto diferente da reserva, com coisas quebradas, e péssima disposição da tv e ar condicionado. quando chegamos o banheiro e o quarto estavam inundados por causa do vazamento no chuveiro. Além de todo o transtorno, a prorpietária cancelou arbitrariamente a reserva, mesmo nós já estando lá, para não ser pontuada.

Pontos positivos: quarto simples, mas limpo, com ar condicionado. Ótimo banheiro, toalhas super limpas, bem organizado. Ótima localizaçao. Pontos negativos: café da manhã. Passamos 4 dias na pousada e nós dois primeiros não tivemos café da manhã porque éramos as únicas hospedes da pousada e não havia ninguém para fazer o café. No primeiro dia fomos orientadas a ir na pousada Timbalada ( aparentemente do mesmo dono) para tomar café lá. No segundo dia aconteceu a mesma coisa e fizemos uma reclamação.
