"Our stay was incredibly satisfying. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. It even had a balcony! Just remember to close the door at night, or it can get noisy. We skipped housekeeping for three days, and when they finally cleaned, they gave us 3 bottles of water. When we called for water in between, they brought 5 bottles – so generous! The breakfast truly lives up to its reputation as the best in Moscow hotels; the variety was endless, we couldn't even try everything. And the service was impeccable, absolutely fantastic! The doorman was very friendly; on our last day, he even used his own phone to call a taxi to the airport for us and confirmed the price with the driver. A huge thank you to him! Highly recommend! Getting around was also super convenient, very close to the subway, Red Square, and the Bolshoi Theatre."

"The location is in the center, 7 minutes walk from the Arbatskaya metro station, the Perekrestok store is downstairs, there is everything (including prepared food), many restaurants, our breakfast is included, this is a separate topic, the buffet line has everything and much more, sparkling wine and freshly squeezed juice, gourmet fish and blue cheeses, etc. The suite has everything you need, slippers and robes, all hygiene, snow-white linen and towels, a capsule coffee machine, bottled water, tea, coffee, cream, everything is there, the room is generally for two, but there are three of us, a double bed and a sofa bed fit perfectly, cleanliness all around is perfect, you refuse cleaning the room you get a wooden token, you can exchange it at the bar for any drink for all guests (this saves nature, I honestly did not understand what the connection was, but I took the token) there is only no cleaning, but otherwise everything will be brought upon any request They will change and replenish it. I recommend this place to everyone, I will definitely come back myself!"

"There were no tissues in the room, and the mini-fridge seemed locked, so I couldn't access the drinks. The restaurant on the first floor doesn't accept credit cards; you have to pay in Russian rubles cash. They wouldn't even take Chinese Yuan or US dollars, which is incredibly inconvenient. It seems you need to bring plenty of rubles cash if you plan to eat at the Moscow Marriott Imperial Plaza Hotel!"

"A perfect staycation in Moscow: thank you Mövenpick for the celebration! We decided to treat ourselves to a mini-break for my birthday without leaving the capital and chose Mövenpick Moscow. We were very pleased. Check-in and Service From the very first moments, we knew our stay would be great. The reception staff were welcoming and smiling. Special thanks for their flexibility: upon check-in, we were offered a higher floor. The service here is absolutely unobtrusive, yet very warm and attentive. Room The room has everything needed for comfort: cleanliness, nice amenities, and the bed is simply heavenly. The pillows, blankets, and mattress are perfectly soft; we slept like babies. Spa and Pool A huge plus for the hotel is its own spa complex in the basement. Everything is very hygienic; they provide slippers that are disinfected with a UV lamp – a nice touch for guest health. The 24-hour gym was also a pleasant surprise; you can work out anytime. Birthday Surprise Since we were checking in for a birthday, the hotel provided a wonderful compliment: they congratulated us with champagne and an exquisite pastry, and also offered a late check-out. Atmosphere and Location The hotel has a pleasant aroma throughout, and the location is excellent – all the best restaurants, cafes, and main attractions are within walking distance. We managed to relax both mind and body, even while staying in Moscow. Mövenpick is a solid 'five-star' and a true oasis of calm. We will definitely return to recharge again."

"Worst hotel experience in My Life! Was staying there in June. First couple of days, and then came back, as planned for 2 more days. In the end get out of the hotel after first night, as the thing I experienced is unacceptable. If you care about your secure and Comfort avoid this hotel. First part I stayed at the hotel was ok. Nothing special. Than I got back to the hotel. Parked my car infront of entrance and asked hotel security to ask for bell boy to take my luggage. Instead of that, security person on a rude manner told me to move my car. I told him, that I stay in hotel. I’m a guest. As a reply, I received that he don’t give a f* (in Russian), move your car; an get back with your luggage. I was shocked and told him that how could he speak with me like that! As an answer I got, that he don’t care, bell boys are busy and I can care my luggage whatever I like. Again - it was security of the hotel speaking with the guest. And when I told management, how come this ridiculous situation can happen, they did absolutely nothing. That totally showing the totally lack of management of the hotel and its unprofessionalism. So if you care of your Comfort and Secure, AVOID this place!!! The fact that I woke up in my room because of sounds of constructions it’s just nothing compared to to overall experience!!! AVOID"
