Hotels near Zoo et parc, Mostaganem

We've already come in 2018 when the hotel opened for the first time. We returned to visit Mostaganem and we chose to return to the hotel AZ Our arrival delays very slow, after several minutes we could have a room overclassed special attention we appreciated. A comfortable room with hygiene products only on the first day. The spa has been a very good breakfast and the buffet is a good breakfast. Dinner is also a buffet a person available, super sympa reactive, just one evening a receptionist who gives the tickets and makes us sign for payment it is very unpleasant watch with us 21/04/2024 I complained at the The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. I thank all the staff for their availability and welcome and for making our stays satisfactory despite the disagreements.

While it is a Sonatrach affiliate I found comparable to other European hotels. I spent 4 days for a conference and meetings and overall satisfied. My room was fairly updated, and unlike others I found the food to be of good quality and selection for the region. I did only partake in the buffet for all meals. It does get crowded and not all patrons are familiar with queuing but still a pleasant experience. My first time in Oran, and I was a bit cautious,as such I didn’t venture out much this trip, but did feel very safe while on property. Staff was professional and one of the biggest “perks” was the complimentary airport shuttle👏.

Not easy getting people that speaks English. Hamza did our checkin and was very helpful and friendly. Thanks to Karim for taking us to the airport. Note: couldn’t use my GHD didn’t have a travel adapter with me, hotel also didn’t have any available for me to use.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec le centre ville et la disponibilité de lit pour bébé. Réservation faite. On arrive et nous avons attendu longtemps pour savoir s'il y avait des lits bébés disponibles et surtout trouvé une chambre adaptée. Donc organisation approximative dans l'hôtel. Le personnel ne connaissait pas les chambres. Après une attente interminable nous avons enfin nos 3 chambres dont une suite pour les lits bébés (donc tarif supérieur). L'hôtel est beau mais mal entretenu:les murs s'effritent, les robinetteries rouillées et calcairisées.... Nous avons trouvé les shampoings et gels douches des clients précédents donc la question du ménage se pose. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de vrai jus de fruit. Sans compter que le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Bon séjour quand même

it has to be the best hotel I've ever stayed in, everything about it screams comfort and I'm living for it, from how welcoming the workers are and how comfortable the rooms are, to how tasty the food is, it made me feel at ease, it felt like home the moment I set foot in this hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed : they are spacious, clean and organized, have a good air conditioner which is perfect for summer vacations, the furniture is very practical and easy to use, the beds are very comfortable and the pillows are fluffy, the blankets are so light yet warm which made me fall asleep in seconds, the lights are of good quality and not the ones to hurt one's eyes, its windows allow a good amount of daylight and they're equiped with high quality curtains, the bathroom is neat, basically has everything one needs and it even has a ventilation system to keep it aired after using it. I would also like to thank the workers at the reception,I could only recall Fouzia who considered us family (we did and still do as well) which was very comforting, the team was also kind enough to give us dinner for free when we came back late at night from a deception of another hotel we thought was better than this one, I am now convinced that there's no hotel that could top this one. The janitors also do an outstanding job at keeping the rooms clean as a whistle, clothes as well (laundry system). the internet is excellent too and there are many plugs around the room, when it comes to food, there's a buffet every morning and as someone who doesn't eat much in the morning, I found myself happily eating everything they offered, and it's totally worth it. my only issue with this hotel is that I got too used to staying in it that I no longer want to leave it. 😭😭💟 at the end, I'd like to mention that staying here was the gift my family gave to me after I got a remarkably good grade at the baccalaureate exam and let me tell you this, this, was literally the best gift I could ever receive. if I could give 10 stars I would because this hotel deserves it, as it truly lives up to its name 👌✨⭐
