價位來說cp很高

There was no hot water in the hotel in the middle of winter. I boiled the kettle three times but there was still a layer of unknown grease in the water. There was a strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Ctrip customer service did not acknowledge the problem when we reported it to the hotel!
