Self collect toiletries at the reception. The hallway is very quiet so we have good sleep throughout the night. Is a small hotel with about 20-25 rooms. 2 small couches to sit. The are 2 chairs on the balcony. Cons: The beds have no headboard and are light and move easily thus we cant lean on the headboard to read. Not enough place to store our things nor to hang clothes. The breakfast was so so with a bento set consisting 2-3 pieces of meat, some vegetables and coffee. TV channels are limited, all in Japanese. No housekeeping. They put a set of new towels outside the room daily. Nothing much in Nago city except a trip to Churaumi Aquarium which is about 25 km away.

Despite booking for two single beds and an extra bed for my daughter, we were only provided with two single beds. This inconvenience led me to deduct one star from my rating. Overall, the Okinawa Best Western offers a pleasant beachside retreat with friendly staff and tasty breakfast options. Just double-check your room arrangements to avoid any surprises.
