I had a disappointing experience at this hotel due to several issues: 1. The electricity went down many times, and they didn't turn on the generator in a timely manner, even when requested. 2. The staff was not supportive. 3. They quoted 600 INR per day for an Activa rental, while I found one in the local market for only 250 INR, making it feel like they are overcharging tourists. I traveled on a Friday for only one night, not the weekend. 4. I booked two rooms for six people but was only provided with four towels. 5. The photos online and on booking platforms make the hotel look good, but the reality is quite the opposite—everything was bad. 6. The door wasn't locked. 7. The AC didn't work. 8. The TV was not operational. 9. The room wasn't clean. 10. High tea was advertised online but not provided. 11. The toilet and bathroom were also not clean, and they didn't follow any type of hygiene standards. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

Worst experience in kaka in we found a dead insect in our coffee we informed them but they didn’t took any action about that ther manager has so much of attitude he dont know how to talk to ther customers. No one their took any responsibility of that thing
