Room was not too clean. Fitted sheet didn't fit on bed. Late Maid service. Standard rooms do not have microwaves or refrigerators.

Rooms could be cleaner. No refrigerator & microwave in standard rooms. Good service & staff.

Love it here but the longer you stay here you learn about the crazies. If you love crazy stay here

Traveling on NJTurnpike, no hotels take pets at exit 3, so here we are. Bed comfy, that's the good. The bad, woman screaming in parking lot ”f this and that”, really fighting with someone to the point I was about to call desk, then a big white van screamed out of the lot and she must have been in it. Because screaming stopped. Dirty towels and rubber gloves on the ground in front of room upon arrival. Big laundry bin sitting on the sidewalk. There was lots of smoke smell in my non-smoking room, and at around 2 am there was a car running outside my window for about 15 minutes around 3ish. Beer bottle left behind and smoke smell starts wafting into room. Cars beeping as people check their locks. Front desk girl in the evening, hmm, I was trying so hard to be extra nice because she seemed so unhappy,  but after the commotion, it's no wonder she is not happy working there. The room seemed clean but lots of just oldness. Bathroom, nice new tub and sink, but don't look up or you'll see the mold on the ceiling.  This place is just not being kept up, and I am sure that some of it is due to lack of help, but have some respect for your outside property. It looks nothing like your pictures. It seems most rooms were full when we left, so spend some of the money you're making. I expected better, even off the pike.

When the term ”Roach Motel” comes to mind than this is it . Room was Filthy . Paint asbestos peeling from the ceiling . Rug was dirty . it was a non smoking room and it smelled like a bar from the 1970's . Dead roaches in the room .also over night my car got keyed in their lot . had to get a police report . had to spend extra money on an insurance claim .nobody cared .. i was told to email the GM CHUCK and he never ever even cared to respond . It says alot about the management and direction of this property . Ive stayed in a few red roof inns and never have i exprerienced this madness . Theres plenty of options nearby .chose those instead of this . Needs to be torn down .
