Anarva Hotel & Spa

I recently stayed at Anarva Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. The rooms were modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with beautiful decor that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The amenities, especially the spa and pool area, were top-notch, providing the perfect place to unwind. The hotel’s location was ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. I also have to mention the dining experience—delicious food with a great variety of local and international options. Every meal was a treat! Overall, Anarva Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Rooftop view was great, unfortunately the restaurant were not operating during the stay. Only in room dining available.

Bad Our flight arrived early, so we needed to check in ahead of the scheduled time. Unfortunately, we did not receive a warm welcome; instead, the staff seemed bothered by our early arrival. I had sent several emails to the hotel prior to our arrival, but received no response. Eventually, we were assigned a room after paying an additional fee. However, the room was in poor condition—it had an unpleasant odor, the hot water was not working, and the air conditioning was also faulty. We were very tired after a long flight. The following day, I informed the staff about the water issue, and after several attempts, the problem was still not resolved. I also notified another staff member about the water, and he was very kind to offer us an alternative room, which was in much better condition. While some staff members were very nice and helpful, I would rate my experience at 3 stars because staff was helpful.

Anarva really good place for business and sort holidays visit . As a usual same like a most of Sri Lankan hotels poor welcoming I showed in Anarva( front office team lacking with guests care ) they are kind somehow I feel some of them helpless. for me very important first impression. rooftop pool with restaurants sunshine and sunrise make feel impress. Room was nice , clean and comfortable Breakfast buffet value for price and also food was tasty . When we having breakfast Food and beverage team not even look at rather than greeting. We feel we are alone in the restaurant.

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming and accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would have been great if the surrounding neighborhood was in better shape especially looking down from the roof top pool.
