Everything was perfect. The staff was awesome. I always stay at the Quality Inn when I come to Mt Pleasant to watch my daughter play hockey.

This hotel was adequate. The air conditioner sounded like it was on its last legs. The water pressure was terrible, however, they soften it so that was nice. They only clean your room every 3 days, so you have to request clean towels if you’re staying for a few days. The breakfast was as expected. They replenished as needed. The staff were friendly and responsive. This hotel served its purpose but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Hotel hasn’t much to offer. Rooms are outdated, very small and way overpriced. Zero amenities. Lots of traffic noise. Breakfast was pathetic.
