Wonderful little place to stay. The surrounding residential neighborhood is also a very beautiful area with nice restaurants and safe and quiet streets to walk. I would definitely recommend staying here. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are very clean. This is an older building with hard wood floors and sounds carry a little from room to room. So, if you stay here you will need to mind your hotel etiquette and respectful to other guests.

We had a lovely large room at the Inn. The area around the Inn was quiet, as residential. The restaurant located within was very nice with great food selections and friendly staff. Even the housekeeping staff were very accommodating and made our stay very pleasant. We would definitely return to the Inn at I’ON should we be in the area of Charleston again.

We decided to spend a few days in the Charleston area as we just droppes off our boy at USC and were now empty nesting. The Inn was beutiful, clean and so welcoming. Located between Mt Pleasant and downtown Charleston, ir was perfect for exploring the entire area and all the attractions with very short easy drives. The added bonus of using the Ion community pools, fitness center, and tennis courts added to the great stay. Will absolutly stay here again.

The concierge gentleman who checked us in was lovely and informative. We loved breakfast being delivered to the room and the abundance of coffee options! I also had recent knee surgery and really appreciated the elevator!
Wonderful little niche hotel and hope to stay there again when visiting our daughter in Mt. Pleasant.

We come to the Charleston area every year and usually stay at the bigger hotels. However, this year we decided to try something different and stayed at the Inn at Ion. This is a great place that feels like part of the Ion community here in Mount Pleasant. I played tennis one day at the Ion Club which you can use while you stay at the Inn. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. We will be back in future trips.

Beautiful Inn, quaint neighborhood. David and his staff were friendly,knowledgeable. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Great breakfasts selection. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again when we visit the Charleston area.

We decided to treat ourselves on our way home from Beaufort, SC. One of our "seafood" trips we make each year. Fresh seafood! This hotel is something very special. The bedding was top notch, the decor inviting, and service was excellent. The breakfast delivery was something new to us as well. Since I don't like getting out and about too early, it was welcome. Front desk staff took very good care of us. The hotel sits in what appears to be a quaint neighborhood. It was quiet, but close to restaurants and shopping. We try to use Choice Hotel brand for most if not all trips, and were not disappointed with Inn At I"on!
