Hyatt Place Mount Pleasant Towne Centre

The hotel was clean, breakfast was not good. Everything else was as expected.

The biggest issue was the room location. It was extremely noisy from early morning due to the nearby breakfast area, hallway traffic, and housekeeping activity. In addition, several breakfast items were empty for an extended period and were only refilled after I contacted the front desk. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and below the standards I expect from Hyatt.

Great location with shopping and restaurants lol around. Close to lots of beaches and 20ish minutes to Charleston. Rooms are in good shape and I love the hard surface floors instead of carpet. There were some minor maintenance issues but nothing too serious. I had 3 rooms reserved and two of them had bathroom doors that were a bit tilted and scraped the floor when opening and closing, But still a solid choice and so would stay again in the future. Laundry room on the 3rd floor came in handy as well. Customer service was good.

Jacob was amazing! Very knowledgeable, professional and made us feel welcomed. He turned a stressful situation into a great experience!! Because of Jacob… we would absolutely stay here again!

I flew into Charleston a few days early before I spent the weekend with my significant other, who was not getting in until Friday evening. I didn't get to the hotel until almost 1 a.m. The hotel clerk, Parker, provided a seamless check-in process and was so kind! The breakfast was amazing and had several options. The hotel's exterior and interior spaces were sparkling clean! As a solo traveler, the location is fantastic! I was able to walk 0.8 miles to a yoga studio (I didn't have a vehicle), there is a wine bar, nail salon, coffee shops, and plenty of shopping all within a five minute walk. Every staff member I encountered was phenomenal. Further, it is in a quiet area! 12/10 recommend, especially if you are looking for a quiet, safe place to stay right outside Charleston!

I stay at this location several times a year and it is consistently my favorite! The housekeepers do an amazing job and their work is impeccable. Also, Parker Bellamy always greets me with a smile and is super accommodating. She thinks outside the box to come up with solutions whenever a problem arises. She is an amazing asset to this team. We also LOVE the smell when you walk in! Light, airy, and fresh!! Thanks to all at this location!

Great hotel in middle of a high end outdoor mall. Stores of every kind and restaurants and monies theater in walking distance and minutes from top sights to see in Mt Plesant and Charleston. Clean and good staff and breakfast.

Excellent location and service. I would stay here again for sure. The location was supreme. There were so many restaurants and areas for shopping. It was a rainy weekend, and I was very grateful for the covered parking garage.
