READ REVIEWS BEFORE STAYING!!! We booked three rooms with three different cards on *******. FIFTEEN minutes later we cancelled due to weather forecast bc we were to arrive on bikes. I also called and their response was “no refund because of 48 hour rule” booked on 6/05 at 8pm to arrive on 6/07 at 8 pm. Sounds like 48 hr window right? Nope, totally rude manager, Saede, refused to refund all three cards!!! Poor customer service is the worst thing a business owner can ever do!
