The hotel is in calm area, however, we did not have access to kitchenwares, we can not control the AC ( heat or cool )

It's just a fast hotel, the breakfast is poor, the room, service, and bedding are all average, just pass by for a night, I feel that the best western has become worse and worse in the past few years, the fate of the hotel is a few years of prosperity. Then it went downhill. I won't give you any surprises. I feel that the service is not as good as that of Vienna in China, let alone Biado.

We stayed 2 nights and had a great experience! The staff was amazing! Friendly and very helpful. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great for everything we wanted to do. Certainly will stay here again when we’re in the area.

Coffee maker in room was broken, there was 1 regular coffee pod, smoke alarm was covered with a bag, closet door was broken. We were 1st given a room that was occupied aleady, water in the vending machine was empty but sitting in the closet. Maintenance seemed poor.

Great Place Clean and Quiet. The bed was great, staff friendly ample parking. The room and bath appeared to be newly remodeled.

The hotel was clean, beds comfortable, room quiet. Breakfast was the usual. Price was reasonable. Service people, especially Stacey, were very nice. The only complaint was there were 2 of us but only one regular coffee to make in the room. The toilet was running off and on but it still flushed until we returned 5 days later. We had the same room and the toilet would not flush. They "fixed" it but not really, the first night. We should have changed rooms.
