房間是在一棟棟的建築裏，樓下有門禁，但前台辦理時及工作人員帶入客房均未告知密碼，房卡無法刷開門禁，並且入口先是進去消防樓梯間再是進入客房走廊體驗很差。在有人入住情況下，夜間回來客房走廊和電梯間連燈都沒有開啟，第一次入住不熟悉完全是摸黑再找位置。女孩子一個人入住的話可能會害怕。新開業的酒店有味道對氣味敏感及帶長者小孩孕婦需要慎重，房間配置也體現酒店運營人員不專業，本次的套房房間衹有一個垃圾桶一個紙巾盒，洗漱間竟然沒垃圾桶，洗漱間配備了一個化粧桌但是沒有化粧鏡衹能對着牆壁，洗手盆的膠都是溢出在台盤，不知道是沒有仔細檢查裝修效果還是裝修標準即是如此，虎頭蛇尾即對外營業了。優點是基礎工作人員也想在積極為客人解決問題，如我們找不到入住是餐廳的工作人員帶去大堂，帶去客房的也很耐心提供解決思路，但他們沒有決策權衹能提出建議，反饋的問題需要經理級別的工作人員解決，但酒店官位主義嚴重，客人提出訴求十幾分鐘沒有任何答覆或瞭解情況溝通。酒店外圍沒有明顯的標識指引，地下停車後沒有指示去大堂辦理入住的電梯，酒店前台電話效果很差，不論是用手機還是入住後用客房電話，打電話無法聽清。
