Highly recommend this homestay! The house has complete facilities, comfortable bedding, intelligent whole house, the whole homestay is cleaned spotlessly, the bathroom, window, corners are not stained, and the hygiene standards are very high. The location is very good, living in the water, the courtyard and the surrounding green plants are lush, the air is fresh, the eyes are full of beautiful scenery, and it is very comfortable to stay away from the hustle and bustle. There is also an outdoor swimming pool! The water quality is clear, and the whole homestay environment is like a paradise! Breakfast and dinner are also very local, especially delicious! The boss treats people sincerely and communicates smoothly. Not only patiently answering questions, but also intimately sharing the surrounding play guides, the service is particularly in place, and the stay experience is full!

Super praise! At the back door of the normal school, it was very quiet. The room was simply too clean and the sheets were fragrant. There is a projector and it is very comfortable to watch movies. In winter, there are electric blankets and air conditioners that will not be cold, and the hot water will come very quickly and wash well! My ipad pen fell off, and I immediately found it for me. The store's service attitude is very good. 🥹 I will stay here next time I come to Duyun! I love it, the price is too high, I forgot to take pictures.

I traveled to Old Kapok Cloud Art Village in July 2025 with my 18 year old son and three nephews during a month-long trip to China. Everyone agreed that our brief stay there was their favorite part of the entire trip! They all said they want to return and stay much longer than 2 days. It is absolutely beautiful, meticulously clean, interesting, and the most special location. The breakfast was delicious and the people there were so friendly and helpful with all of our requests. My son and his cousins quickly befriended one of the staff and hope that they can keep in touch in the future. I cannot say enough good things about all aspects of our visit. We chose that location because it is close to the tea plantation that surrounds the hotel grounds, but our stay within the Kapok Village hotel was as wonderful as the tea plantation experience itself.  This is a 5-star experience that will leave a life-long impression. They offer not only a comfortable, elegant setting, they mix that with gracious hosting. Thank you for the most wonderful experience for my family!   

The experience of the newly opened hotel directly exceeded expectations! First of all, the hygiene is impeccable. As soon as you enter the room, you are moved by the bright and clean environment. All furniture and bedding are brand new. The sheets are flat and clean and white without odor. The mattress is refreshing and moisture-free. It is especially practical to lie on. There is no dust in the corners, window sills, kicking lines and other details of the room. The windows are clean and the sun shines in. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the floor is dry and there is no water, the toilet and sink are white and flawless, the mirror has no water stains, and the cleaning team's intentions are visible to the naked eye. Secondly, the facilities are brand new and practical. The new air conditioner is fast and the noise is small. The brightness of the lamp is suitable and warm. The most pleasant surprise is that the room is equipped with a direct drinking water device. You can drink clean drinking water when you turn on the faucet. You don’t have to trouble the front desk to send water. You don’t have to buy bottled water yourself. Environmentally friendly and convenient, drinking water is always available, so intimate. The overall stay experience is full, health, facilities, practicality are online, highly recommended to everyone!

This hotel in Duyun really dug a treasure! The location is absolutely perfect, 5 minutes walk from Wanda, the room is super clean, the bedding is soft, and the night sleeps soundly. The front desk lady's service attitude is super good, very gentle, and also intimately gave Duyun travel guide, the price is directly full, next time you come to live here ～

The room was spacious and designed in a business casual style, which I liked. The only downside was that it was too quiet. It would have been better if the room had a map of local tourist attractions.
