Secondly, the location is superb. The subway and bus lines are very convenient for getting to Thousand Buddha Mountain and Daming Lake directly. Third, the cleaning service was impeccable. The staff was completely undisturbed, and towels and bathrobes were individually wrapped. Fourth, the only slight drawback is that people walk on the roof outside on the second floor, and the rain makes a lot of noise, slightly compromising privacy. Try to choose a higher floor if possible. Fifth, the front desk upgraded my room, provided breakfast, and even extended my check-out time. Communication was smooth. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience choosing Atour this time.

After our May Day trip to Dongying and Weifang, we passed through Zhangqiu on our way back to Shanxi. We found this unique B&B online and were quite taken by it. Overall, the B&B has a lot of character. Our family of six booked two rooms, and they thoughtfully placed us in the same courtyard. The courtyard is beautiful, with a camping table and a rocking chair. The rooms are Japanese-style with a balcony, offering lovely views of the stream and flowers – truly a secluded retreat away from the city. The kids absolutely loved it. The breakfast was simple but well-balanced and nutritious; the 'nine-grid' breakfast was quite novel. The room also had a small tub for soaking, though we weren't sure if it was a hot spring; it didn't quite feel like one. As for drawbacks, the room was a bit small, and there was no table or cabinet for placing items (aside from a wardrobe for hanging clothes), so there wasn't much space for other odds and ends. Luckily, we didn't have too many things. The toilet was electric. It's a very poetic place, and if the price is right, I highly recommend staying here.

Especially the lady at the hoop-toss game in the lobby, she was incredibly gentle and sweet! 👍 I'd recommend friends to come and stay. Plus, the hotel is right by the beach, and you can take speedboats and painted pleasure boats from there.

First, you should go there only by your car. The location is far from the city and it's hard to get any transportation or taxi. Also, if you don't have a car, it's quiet a challenge to get food. The hotel has food only during certain hours. There is not too many places to eat out as well. The design of the tube room is pretty nice and the bed is huge, but it could be cleaner for this price. If you go there not in a pick season, you're not going to get the buffet breakfast or bbq at the terrace (not enough people😐).
