Although the room is not big, it is ok for three people to live. It is a little time to wash. Family hotel. The service is great. The breakfast is cooked by the store couple. It is divided into cold meals and hot meals. Cold meals do not need to be paid extra. Hot food needs to be extra money. Easy access to the lake area and commercial street

This is a really beautiful hotel. The location is excellent, about a 5-minute drive from the lake. The facilities are complete and well-equipped. It's very clean and tidy. It is not an exaggeration to say that I personally feel that only by staying at the Langdale Chase Hotel can we truly appreciate the beauty of the Lake District. The attitude of the staff is also relatively good. The hotel is about 5 kilometers from the railway station and a taxi is 10 pounds; it is about 2 kilometers from the ambleside pier. You can also take a bus to these two towns, but the bus stop is five to six hundred meters away from the hotel, which is not particularly recommended. If you are not driving by yourself, it is better to take a taxi. If you are taking a taxi, it is best to call the front desk. It usually takes ten minutes. If you are in a hurry, it is best to advance. The toilet facilities are slightly outdated, but there is no major impact. The lake view room I stayed this time was quite spacious with a balcony. Overall, very satisfied!

We encountered difficulty in setting the thermostat and asked for help. The hotline gave us hints to change the settings and as a result, the problem of no hot water was solved.

Staff are all very nice, but the whole building really needs maintenance like dinning room's roof leaking, wall paints fainting,ect.. breakfast tables ＆floor are somehow sticky. Hope seeing into renovation. Good luck!!
