Mountain View Hotels in Windermere Town

8 minutes walk from Windermere Railway Station, there is a bus stop at the door. The hotel is like a castle, the room is classically decorated, the garden is small but well-cared, and it is very beautiful from the living room or restaurant. The bedding is very comfortable and the bathroom is slightly smaller. Breakfast can be selected and tastes very good. All were friendly. Had a wonderful two days in the Lake District.

An old couple runs a homestay here. The service is very thoughtful and intimate. The breakfast is specially customized and very delicious. It is very close to the pier and parking is free. It is recommended.

Although the room is not big, it is ok for three people to live. It is a little time to wash. Family hotel. The service is great. The breakfast is cooked by the store couple. Traditional friendly guest house. Nice , clean bedroom with en suite shower room. 5 mins walk to Windermere centre, easy access to Bowness. Owners were friendly and welcoming with good knowledge of local attractions. We would stay again if in the area.

We encountered difficulty in setting the thermostat and asked for help. The hotline gave us hints to change the settings and as a result, the problem of no hot water was solved.
