Honestly we can’t speak any more highly about this hotel. It was literally our favourite hotel of our month long Europe trip, They’ve thought of every single detail to give you the best trip ever. We had a horrible experience in our last place so decided to leave and move here instead and thank goodness we did. The staff are incredible, they couldn’t have been nicer and the whole team were very helpful. There were so many free treats as well and a yummy breakfast and hight tea that we didn’t know about so it was a real bonus.. The pool, sauna and spa area was definitely the highlight for us, so many places to relax, everything was next level clean and modern and perfect after a good hike. This hotel should be 6 star, we had another booking at a different hotel the day after but didn’t want to leave here so cancelled (even lost our money and didn’t care) but we just had to enjoy another night! You will not regret booking this hotel! ******

The best apartments and suites in South Tyrol managed by an awesome man named Michael. You will be amazed at his hospitality, and the place itself will surprise you with its restrained beauty and design, which is exactly what it should be in the mountains. Briefly: The rooms are very comfortable, the mattresses are pleasant, the bed linen is delicate, the bathrooms are very neat, the apartments have a kitchen with all the necessary amenities, and most importantly, both the suites and the apartments are cleaned every day and the cleanliness is 5+. I would also like to pay great attention to the cosmetics that I use in this place since they are excellent. Breakfast - we stayed in the middle of the week, and since there were few people in the hotel, we received our breakfast in the room, having previously selected from the menu what we wanted to eat, and I will tell you that there is a very wide selection of assortment: cheeses, sausages, fruits, pastries, juices, and hot drinks, desserts - in general, even a gourmet will be surprised! SPA is the paradise of this place. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, you move comfortably, from sauna to sauna - from Finnish, steam to infrared saunas, and then you can spend time in the relaxation zone with a beautiful melody. Massage services are also offered, but unfortunately, I did not have time to sign up, I will leave my review next time, but I have no doubt about the quality of not only massage but also the cosmetics that are used during the procedures since I saw it in the window, whereby the way you can purchase it if you like. The staff is friendly, helpful since the apartments are small, then for 3 days of my trip, I met only the receptionist, the maid, and Michael, but I can tell you that all the staff is very hospitable, they are always ready to help, suggest, recommend, in general, do so that you really come there to relax, and not think about anything other than your planned vacation, which you dreamed of, and here you will also be surprised how the staff will take care of you and Michael's great service to this all. I am glad that I was able to visit such an unforgettable place, although for such a short time due to the business trip and all the measures of Covid-19, now I know where to stay in South Tyrol! Tucked away at the foot of the Dolomites, this family run hotel is excellent. From check-in to check-out we were not disappointed. A welcome drin and snacks on check-in is something that doesn't happen too ofen, but it was accepted with gratitude. The Spa is very good with an outdoor warmed pool. Sauna's/steam room are also very nice. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days in May 2024. And I would definitely come again!! Rooms are big, comfy, with a magnificent view. The food in the restaurant was outstanding!! The restaurant stuff really polite. My 5 year old was very welcomed. There was no crowd in the swimming pool area so we almost had a pool for ourselves. Can not speak about sauna and fitness area because I haven't used them. There is one little thing I wish they could change: The other guest in the pool area was allowed to bring a glass of wine, however, my husband was not allowed to take a cup of coffee from the bar and bring it with him. That situation has left *a bad taste in my mouth” Somehow I felt we all haven't been treated the same. It CAN NOT happen in that kind of hotel! Overall we had a pretty good stay, relaxed and felt more in love with our nature.
