A éviter
Je suis arrivé à 18h, à l’accueil, on m’a dit « je sais pas si votre chambre est prête, allez voir ». Bizarre, mais bon, je monte vérifier. La chambre n’est pas prête. J’attends 30min qu’elle soit finie, puis monte me doucher, pas d’eau chaude. Honteux.

Très décevant
Bon accueil de la part de la Direction mais certains membres du personnel sont incompétent. J'ai eu maille à partir au téléphone avec une personne qui après m'avoir envoyé une facture (au format Excel) par mail sur laquelle ne figuraient même pas l'adresse, le téléphone de l'établissement, le Siret, le RCS et le code APE, m'a tenu tête de manière arrogante en me disant que ma demande était farfelue. Elle m'a fait comprendre à plusieurs reprises que j'étais le seul (le chieur quoi) qui leur demandais ça et qu'elle savait comment on rédigeait une facture. Les chambres sont sommaires. Le minimum syndical. Bref, après de multiples demandes, cette facture a fini par arriver.
La cuisine en revanche est gouteuse et ce fut une belle surprise. L'établissement aurait besoin d'un bon coup de fraicheur. L'expérience pour la facturation aura définitivement enterré les possibilités que je retourne dans cet établissement un jour.

Instalações simples mas bem arradinho. A recepcao so funciona ate as 22:00. Depois nao tem ninguem e precisa uma chave para entrar. Portanto tem que chega antes deste horário.

Great Pit-Stop
Stayed for a quick pit-stop before heading up into the mountains to ski resort. Easy to locate, free parking on square outside, close to bus / train station and restaurants. Staff welcoming and helpful. Rooms were a reasonable size, comfortable but slightly dated.
