Excellent Staff I would like to Mention, Noor at reception, Karim the receptionist Meher was good to give selection of vegetarian options. Lastly Nora was excellent with all other services. We loved our Anniversary Surprise. Many Thanks to all staff.

What a beautiful and amazing hotel!from the moment I got off the bus on arrival to the moment I got on the bus to leave!I traveled alone and never felt so safe and looked after the whole ten days!it was out of drain but ALL the staff work like it's in full season!such a welcoming and happy atmosphere!the beach was beautiful fresh turned sand every morning nice and clean.Naura was amazing what an asset to the hotel!!!The animation team were brilliant getting you involved and spending time with you even on rainy days making sure you were good and happy!the restaurant staff great you with water at your table and ask what you would like to drink straight away!food was just out of this world so much choice was hard not to keep going back for more :) I loved this hotel so much I am going back for two weeks in 44 days for two weeks this time...cannot wait to see you ALL :)

Sehr schöner Urlaub. Vom Anfang an, sehr nettes Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war lecker und vielfältig. Es gab viele Aktivitäten auch im Winter. Der Strand war sauber und ruhig. Optimal fürs Entspannen. Es gab ein Innenpool mit 4 Jacuzzi, total schön auch. War auch fast täglich da. Nachts gab es mehrere Aktivitäten auch für Kinder. Man konnte auch was trinken in der Terrasse und sich entspannen
