Greeted with warm welcome from receptionist, he provided useful Muar navigation (etc tourist places, food to try) since this is my first time here. Location was okay, we didn’t want to stay place that’s too crowded and we’re able to go dinner by walking. Bed was very comfy, room quite big and I really enjoyed it However, I did select “Quiet room” when I booked the hotel. But they allocated us room near the lift, what’s worse is there was an event (company dinner) happening upstairs. It was quite loud (karaoke sesh) and it was ended quite late around 12am-1am. Another thing was the hotel did not provide tissue and towel quite thin.
Overall, we’re satisfied with the service and will definitely suggest this hotel to my family next time.

Booked this hotel for my dad, he was very satisfied. He was working alone outside, the room and toilet were clean and comfortable, the room space was not small, it was great, I will choose this hotel next time
