Hotel is on the 2nd floor. Reception is on the 2nd floor. Staff at the front desk was nice and polite. The person replying to WhatsApp should not be in customer service. Room of the hotel is really small. We don’t even have space to pull out a chair. I would suggest to remove the chair altogether.
There were parking lots around the hotel but you’d have to pay for parking using an app. The front desk will teach you what to do.
Location of the hotel was good. Quite a lot of shops including Chagee, Starbucks, Mr DIY and many food establishments in walking distance.

It's a cheap old and functioning hotel. But I think replacing a new chair won't Cost much. The chair in the hotel room is very dirty and sinking.

Interesting hotel. The staff is very helpful. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. Only there is no elevator. Close to various grocery stores, clinics, restaurants and more. Not far from the city of Muar.
