#好評#對床品清潔度，公用空間清潔度，公用空間裝修，床品質素滿意；#負評#對職員態度，隔音失望；酒店整体设施非常好，可以对标四级或快捷的全季级别。但是酒店工作人员服务意识比较差。
晚上八九点钟大门紧缩，只能钻车档进，保安亭没有保安。
到了前台反馈情况，根本不care。房间的电话是个摆设，问个WIFI密码要跑到一楼。
寻思再要两瓶水说需要付费。要两双拖鞋，说没有。我真心觉得，可能就是不缺生意吧。一点也不珍惜自己的羽毛。
位置离牡丹江市区10-20公里，夜路还是挺黑的。
感觉酒店真不错，但是服务人员太次了。

有世外桃源的感覺，一路上空氣清新，村口就是酒店了，入住D4合院，孩子們在超大的陽台玩得不亦樂乎，每個房間都帶衞生間，但有個別房間的洗澡間下水不通暢，需要及時清理。一樓的KTV房隔音效果好，麻將間棋牌室也都很寬敞，附近的小童樂園讓孩子們一點都不無聊，遊船因下雨沒坐，最想説的是餐廳的菜品真太好吃了，價錢還不貴，我們連大帶小快20人吃到撐才700多塊錢，早餐比較簡單，可以讓大廚給煮一碗清湯麪，超級好吃。從酒店溜達進村子很近，租服裝拍照都很方便，這次和朋友們都愛上這裏啦！

入住體驗最差的一次，起因是兩個茶杯。當晚入住時就發現兩個茶杯邊緣上有個小小的缺口，大約牙簽頭大，因為兩個茶杯上都有，而且大小一樣，就以為是殘次品，沒有多想，所以就沒有打電話讓換，沒想到第二天早上退房時服務員用對講機和前台説有兩個白杯子壞了，我聽到了馬上解釋説昨晚喝水時就發現了，因為覺得不是多大問題就沒有打電話換，但前台堅決説就是我們弄壞的，無論怎樣解釋都沒用，我衹好讓服務員把兩個茶杯拿下來，這時在一旁等待退房的客人看到了都覺得不是我們弄壞的，但也沒用，經理來了，我們和她們理論了一番，她們還是堅持要我們賠，無奈之下我們説那衹能選擇報警了，讓警察來處理，直到這個時候經理才説不用賠，把兩百元按金退還回來給我，就這樣一頓折騰才得以走出酒店，整個行程都被耽誤了，心情也糟糕透頂了。想要入住的，請您擦亮眼睛，最怕這種表面熱情，暗裡騙你沒商量的人。
