The whole hotel is good in all aspects. The points deducted in terms of service are for the security guard who watches the car. When I arrived at the hotel in the early morning, my car stopped outside the lobby to unload the luggage and the elderly and children. I was very careful to park by the side of the road. Besides, there was no one else at that time, and that place was prepared for temporary parking. The security guard rudely drove me away. When I left the hotel early the next morning, it was the same security guard who directed me to park the car in a place that was blocked. Pulling by the side of the road would not be a problem at all. This guy was just blindly directing. If you don't have the skills, you can make up for it with your attitude. He looked like he was in arrears of salary. His attitude was terrible. I felt that he was the best in the whole hotel. I hope the hotel will settle his salary as soon as possible. In addition, the underground parking lot was not open, and the security guard did not remind me at all. Other aspects are good. The front desk service attitude is very good, the breakfast is clean and hygienic, and the yard is relatively spacious.

This hotel is really fantastic. It is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is absolutely perfect -- close to places to eat, shop and close to the pedestrian street. The room is lovely, with mini bar, a little couch, a tub and its clean and lovely. The staff brought and left me snacks, and brought me delicious fruit. Plus I found the people of Mudanjiang to be really friendly and lovely as I walked around the city.

There was a big problem when checking in. We were told that the triple room we booked was written on Ctrip, but they didn't know. Then they added a quilt, but no one made it, so we had to do it ourselves. I wanted to go to Xuexiang to experience the feeling of sleeping on a kang, but it was so hot that the children slept shirtless. The room was small, and the dry and wet areas could not be separated. After booking the hotel, the customer service came to add WeChat, and we confirmed the room type and number of people with them again and again, but it turned out like this. Before checking in, the customer service also came to add us offline, but in fact they only picked us up on the same day and helped us book tickets for the Errenzhuan Snow Mushroom. The hotel seems to be quite large, and the buffet breakfast is unsatisfactory. I didn't experience free skiing.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just opposite the South Square of Mudanjiang Railway Station. It only takes five minutes to walk there after getting off the high-speed train. There is a pedestrian street downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. Especially the local snacks are rich and can be tasted separately every day. The hotel is very clean and tidy, and the sanitation is cleaned every day. The aunt who cleaned my room during the day was very enthusiastic. She wrote a small note for me and gave me two more bottles of water. It was warm and touching! Thank you very much🙏

The sanitary conditions are very good, but I have to complain about the hotel front desk service. We can obviously upgrade the room type. We checked that there are superior rooms after 6pm that day. The front desk guy also said that there are not many rooms left, which means there are still some, but he refused to upgrade our room type. As a result, it was still empty at 3am. I really don't understand why they would rather have the remaining rooms than upgrade our room. It's really speechless. The hotel is very lively and is a 100-meter walk from the city center. The hotel breakfast is satisfactory!
