Room was clean besides I didn’t get my requested ! I thought to surprise my husband on the day we arrived so I let the resort knows it’s our anniversary but there’s nothing for us and the welcome cookies in our room was great I asked for a refill the next day but they said I had to pay! The room was paid newly everyday but you can’t just refill the welcome COOKIES !

The trip of the lifetime! Our butler Hassan made our stay smooth. Our daughter had ear pain on the first night and the Doctor gave her all she needed to recover. The island is gorgeus, the house reef is wonderful and you can see the underwater life at your first step to the ocean. We loved the food and honestly the helpers around us: Obbs, Alex, Bob, Mona, Saeed, Kabi, Pabi made our stay unforgettable! I was literally crying when we needed to return to Europe! I absolutely recommend the luxury villa with pool for families with children! Our daughter fell in love with Kids club and still talks about it. Seaplane absolutely worth it to Dusit Thani it is very funny and amazing view.

Recommend Benjarong Thai restaurant. I am very satisfied. It is very cost-effective to buy 3 meals. Children who are 11 years old also eat and stay for free. The hotel service is very good, suitable for those who like Southeast Asian food. Recommended manta season I can't see it without checking. Also, prepare your own diving mask, camera, and swimsuit. Ocean or water rooms are recommended. The beach room in the sea didn't go out pretty. Saw a baby turtle in place of the over water house. I didn't see the little shark. It's good for novices. One dissatisfaction is that Ctrip's booking of seaplane tickets is too expensive, which is worse than other travel agency packages. Ctrip is more expensive and did not send items. You can compare prices with other travel agencies.

The environment is very good and it is very photogenic. I recommend it to sisters who want to take photos!

We stayed at Water Villa with Pool for 7 nights in February 2023. <Snorkeling> Snorkeling is great, close to the drop off from the room. Be careful not to scratch the coral because the front is quite shallow. There were many types and amounts of fish, and I could see turtles every day. If you don't chase it, it will swim slowly nearby. According to the staff, they have seen up to five at one time. The area between Water Sports Jetty and Benjarong is the best for snorkeling. The life jackets provided in the room were useful. Most of the Asians are young Korean couples (a little bad manners), and it seems that there are still no Japanese people after Corona. Many Europeans come with their families, and although there were more Europeans in terms of the number of people, it seems that there are usually more Asians (China and South Korea). <Meals> I made it all inclusive. Drinks in the room (soft drinks, beer, tea, coffee, etc.) are included, but some alcoholic beverages in the room and restaurants are charged. If you had lunch on the first day, there was an extra charge for lunch on the last day (explained by the butler). Honestly the best holiday we have ever been on, from start to finish the Dusit team were seamless, exceptionally professional and made us feel like we were part of an island family, rather than just another tourist caught up in a profit driven machine. Starting with the Dusit rep at Male airport (so sorry I don't remember your name, we were so in awe of everything in front of us! ) the super elegant, comfy and well thought out seaplane lounge, the rep was so friendly and helpful, just a taste of what was to follow from the rest of the dusit family. The seaplane is an exceptional experience, would highly recommend it, just try to get on near the front of the que as the window seats go quick. We were met at the island by management and Staff who look after you for your stay, everyone has a smile and a few words to say...we were extremely lucky to have Saeed as our "butler" (we prefer to say friend) he was amazing, very helpful and super efficient within his role but also made our holiday extra special with his awesome sense of humour and again made us feel like part of the island family rather than just another tourist to please. Thank you so much Saeed, our holiday would have not been half as enjoyable without you, I hope the management appreciate you as much as we do! The Ocean villa room was out of this world, super comfortable bed, amazing bath and the deck/pool/steps down on to the reef was incredible, we spent so much time watching the fish/rays/sharks/dolphins/birds/sunsets/stars out on that deck, just couldn't get over the colours and exceptional beauty of the whole place. The housekeeping team were superb. The bikes to get around the island are great, the jungle is so natural and fantastic to explore, some fascinating wildlife. The staff who maintain the island are incredible, tirelessly working to keep everything in order and always have a smile on their faces. As it's lower season they are all working hard to replace the thatch on all the rooms, updating the air-conditioning and general upkeep on wooden walkways etc, you can tell that everyone puts their heart and soul in to their jobs, to give everyone the best experience they possibly can! The food is something else, can honestly say there is not one meal that we didn't enjoy, fantastically cooked, well seasoned and incredibly delicious food at all restaurants. The staff at the restaurants were all fantastic, but special mention to Mai and Majeed in the Market, Slyp and Rabeeu in the Sea Grill and Lasantha in the Sala bar who all took time to really talk to us, make great recommendations and provide exceptional service every single time we saw them, we miss you all! We’ve always had the Maldives on our bucket list and decided it would be the perfect location to celebrate our milestone birthdays and wedding anniversary. Our time at Dusit Thani not only met our expectations, it absolutely exceeded them in every way! We honestly felt like we had died and gone to heaven. Nature has certainly set the bar high, with white sand, pristine water and a healthy, thriving reef ecosystem. We soaked it all up as much as we possibly could by swimming, snorkelling, and exploring the island either on foot or on our bikes. The sea life was everywhere and so friendly, (even the black tips). On land, we enjoyed seeing the lizards and various birdlife. The whole island was just buzzing with life! We stayed in a waterfront pool villa, which was fantastic. It was just so relaxing to wake up to that spectacular view whilst listening to the water below. Then at night, we were able to sit in the pool and admire the night sky with a beer in hand. The food and drinks were plentiful and absolutely delicious. We really were spoilt for choice and it was hard not to overindulge. As for the people – they made our holiday so special and we couldn’t thank them enough. It’s hard to mention everyone by name because they all contributed to the experience and were all fantastic. From the behind-the-scenes staff, (such as the cleaners, gardeners and maintenance crew), to the bar and restaurant staff, (who knew us and looked after us very well), they were all amazing. Our butler, Saeed, went above and beyond at every level and we are so incredibly grateful for all he did during our stay. We left a bit of our heart in the Maldives and cannot recommend Dusit Thani enough!

The most thoughtful group of people I’ve ever met. This was a birthday celebration for my double 20 and i absolutely made the right choice. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. We are in love with Dusit Thani! This is our second time staying at a property in Asia and we are converts! We love island itself, the proximity to the airport, the amenities, the staff, the fact that every detail was accounted for, the food, the facilities. This was an exceptional stay and we are so happy. We received personalized and amazing service from Upali, Ishaaq, Faisal, Saeed (our butler), Mai, Alex and truly everyone we interacted with at the resort. We couldn't have asked for a better trip. There are so many resorts in the Maldives that it's kind of overwhelming to figure out where to stay. Save yourself time and just book your stay here, you won't be disappointed.

It is very easy to sit back and relax at this resort. The rooms are luxurious and well cared for, and the butler service is always ready. The food and drinks across all the restaurants are very nice, and of high quality. Pool and beaches are lovely and you can just relax and enjoy.

We traveled on a PI package with luxury escapes after much deliberation we settled on Dusit Thani - firstly i must commend the staff who were just so friendly and welcoming a big shout out to Mr Upali at the sand bar and all the staff at the Sea Grill and Benjarong - The sea plane transfers were ok however as its a third party you get the time allocated to you which is a little disappointing as the time and money spent to get to the Madives you want to spend as much time as possible on the Island - another trap for beginners is the PI package finished at 12pm on the day of departure which again put a dampener on the whole experience (no mention of this until last night of departure) - all in all it was an enjoyable experience and now i am aware of the traps for first time visitors i would definitely travel again to the Maldives - Thank You!

Oh what a delightful place this is ! Staff are so attentive especially Upali he has made our stay so special thank you ! Management are very responsive and we have to say a special thank you to Naan who has always been there for everything we need. You are a star! Meals are devine thanks to the hardworking chefs and wait staff. Location is beautiful and facilities are a delight.
