Brand new hotel, very clean and well equipped rooms with smart TV, big refrigerator, kettle, comfortable bed, work desk and cold AC.
Quiet location, away from street noise. Covered carpark for up to 4 cars. 7-Eleven around the corner.
The only minor downside is the location, about 2km from the city center,
I would definitely stay here again.

This classic hotel is old and the rooms are quite smelly. The breakfast buffet was average with both Thai and Western dishes. Wifi was strong, but only allowed one device per room. But the nice pool, very service-minded staff the great low price including breakfast made it all up for it.

You don't have many hotel choices in Narathiwat, particularly now in the COVID era, but I know this is the best hotel in town. The second-best hotel, which I stayed in last year, is currently closed anyway, due to COVID. This hotel is a bit old and dated but the rooms were large and comfortable, well-appointed, and clean. The air conditioning and refrigerator worked well, the hot water was so-so. The towels, linen, and bedding were all okay. A perfectly fine place to stay for a few nights. The first night I was quoted a walk-in rate of 1300 THB with breakfast (which I did not want or eat), and booked on booking.com which saved me around 30 THB :) The following night I paid 1000 THB for the room without breakfast. The next few nights the hotel was pretty full so they moved me to a room with two small beds at a rate of 900 THB. I was happy paying 900 and kept that room for three nights.

We drove into Thailand early and was pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel is very near the immigration checkpoint, good plus point. And its location is not difficult to find. Since we are early, we have requested from the hotels receptionist for an early check in, but a big group of motorcyclist was slowly checking out of the hotel room, and finally was given a room to check in early. They are in the process of building another butterfly princess building to support the existing building, thus those who are staying facing the carpark will need to tolerate the construction noise for a fair bit. Do note that the receptionist does not speak English, but was courteous. There is ample parking space with small shelter to shade your car with a security guard on duty 24/7. Will certainly come back and stay there again.

Location wise, it’s excellent. Smacked right in the middle of town. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, clock tower, tunnel, and most attractions. Rooms are not well kept. I’ve got a bed sheet that was torn. Toilet taps that are loose. Noise levels near the discotheque next door is deafening especially if you’ve got a room that is near the corners next to it. Hot water is sporadic. WIFI is non existence once you get inside the room. Spotty at best if you stand at the room corridors. Air conditioning is central but there is no temperature control. So you are left feeling cold throughout the night. Now there are those of you who see this as a plus point. Nearby the hotel, there armed abundance of food choices within walking distance.

Excellent
FFMozIt's an economy hotel for sure. It's actually an apartment block turned into a hotel. Each room is decorated differently with its own theme. They come in standard rooms and VIP rooms, which are larger and more flamboyant. There is a fridge and TV, and sachets of instant coffee and milo are provided in the room and downstairs in the common area. Other than drinks and ice cream for sale downstairs, there is no food available any time of day. It is a short walk to food stalls and shops through a residential area. Each room has a balcony. For the price and what you get, it is value for money. Cleanliness can be improved. There are many tiny ants in the room, and I got bitten while asleep. Also, beware of mosquitoes in the room. They are a sure way of keeping you awake by buzzing in your ears the whole night. Drainage system in the bathroom was bad, with shower water having to flow across the bathroom in order to be drained. Staff are friendly, and there is a staff throughout the night.
