Hotel is ok. Basic But the shower area condition is really bad. Pls scrub room 225 shower area. All the corners and sides are slippery with aglae. Other than that pretty ok stay. Right within the shopping area with eateries all around.

Nice and good service

Worst breakfast ever, lacks variety and non palatable for its price. Bed is hard and non standard, when u flush the toilet bowl, the water is yellowish in color. Our lavatory is clogged. Lacks maintenance. When u want to sit in the lobby to relax, all their chairs are rugged and torn and darkish. Was thinking of myself having insects biting my butt upon sitting. Needs maintenance Staff are unprofessional

First time to Brunei and had local transportation. Was quick and easy from the airport and what I needed for the three days.

A very disappointing experience for my brother - Michael Brentley who is from UK. Booking was booked and paid but upon checking in he was refused entry until after one hour of explanation and finally allowed to check in to his room at 12 midnight. Staff was not trained enough to acknowledge booking through trips.com

The best hotel in Malaysia
