I was upgraded to the Taj Club Sea view room free of charge, I was also able to check-out at 6pm as I was not feeling too good on the day of check out. The service from all the staff are excellent, food and drink is great, I wanted vegetarian sausages for breakfast, and as per my request they provided the breakfast, the Taj will never say NO to any request. The Jiva SPA is really good, me and my dad had a 2 hour session. The outdoor pool is great ***** with services provided for food and drink. I will definitely be staying at the Taj Mahal Palace hotel in Mumbai very soon.

I had the most fantastic time at Taj Mahal Hotel from the minute I walked in until the minute I left. The staff are amazing, the facilities wonderful and the added attention they have was overwhelming.
I was celebrating my birthday and the stay at the Taj was a treat to myself. The hotel ensured my room had the lovely view and included cake, balloons and flowers.
My memorable stay will be with me forever. I have waited so long to go and the wait was definitely worth it.
I did yoga in the morning and the experience was wonderful. Class was so good and the location poolside was outstanding.
I visited the salon for a pedicure - again splendid.
I recommend this hotel without any hesitation. In all my experience of travelling, this hotel went over and above any expectations I had.
Namaste ❤️
Thank you to the wonderful team

We booked a King One Bedroom Suite with Sea View - Smoking. But during check-in we found out that we were getting a non-smoking room. Not a deal breaker but it would be good for the hotel to keep the room sold out if they cannot offer what is stated. To compensate they did upgrade us to the 2nd largest room in the hotel with both the sea and city view, which was nice.
The hotel room was beautiful and spacious, in general was clean, but the cups and glasses in the room were not clean at all, the same for the breakfast area.
The staff was nice and accommodating, room service was fast and they took great care of their guest when it came to serving breakfast.
The location of the hotel is one of the best in Mumbai, and the view is gorgeous - the queens necklace.
100% recommend :)

The hotel is quite old but well maintained. Staff are exceptional in ensuring a pleasant stay. I tried an in-house resturant
(Konkan), which was very good. The location of the hotel in South Mumbai could be suitable for those who have engagements nearby . It is though very well located for those visiting major tourist attractions. Btw there is a construction in front of the hotel, though I did not hear any noise. Overall a decent value for money.

We were there for a birthday buffet brunch at the Seven Kitchens. The staff was amazing and very customer oriented. We had a complaint about some food items, the chef came immediately to check and removed the dishes totally from the buffet. Our complaint was appreciated.

Most friendliest staff. I went with my toddler and the staff(Rupali and Papin) at the play area were so good with my son, he enjoyed playing with them a lot. I wish the play area was indoors as it gets too hot in the day for the kids to play in the heat. Mr. Roopesh More from the vista restaurant was so sweet to get the kids food customised for our needs every day. It made our stay very pleasant and memorable.

Outstanding
GGuest UserOur recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings.
Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down.
The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service compensated for these minor lapses.
The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner.
Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time.
In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.
GGuest UserExcellent service, reception desk to housekeeping staff were excellent and very helpful, and understanding I can not expect more than what the hotel delivered to us,
Breakfast and staff members excellent, overall rating for this hotel I would give more than 100.
GGuest UserI have been coming to Fairfield for almost 4 months now. Hands down, it's one of the best properties for business travellers with a serene ambience and an exceptional staff, which caters to all the needs of the guests promptly. I would like to give a special shoutout to Anup for being one of the best staff members in the restaurant Mado Mado. He has been diligent and smart about his work amd has played a significant role in making my trips to the hotel and the buffet meals a lot more memorable.
GGuest UserA was greatly surprised by the inclusive policy of the hotel: the bell noy could communicate only through signs! Big pool on the roof top. Excellent breakfast and conveniently located near tge airport
PPANCHALStayed at Hilton Mumbai recently and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, always friendly and ready to assist. The variety of dining options offered delicious food, and the overall service was top-notch. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Definitely recommend for a memorable and enjoyable stay.”
SSinghVikasI recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Sahara Star in Mumbai, located near the airport. The location was convenient for my early morning flight.
major disappointment was the food. The options were limited and the prices were exorbitant. I understand that this is a luxury hotel, but even by those standards, the prices were too high. I opted to have most of my meals outside the hotel to avoid overspending on food.
GGuest UserEverything about the hotel speaks of great organization. The room was compact, bordering on small, but had all necessary facilities. A beverage station and complimentary snacks, functioning AC, fan, comfy bed, good storage, superb lighting, good shower and running hot water. The large window helped fill the room with natural light. The breakfast spread was amazing in terms of taste, quality and variety - a veritable feast! . The terrace setting was very nice too. The lounge area near the reception was lovely and there were sweet oranges placed in a bowl for use by the customers. The black board at the lounge area announced free snacks at the terrace for a limited time in the evening. Consider the location and cost and it is obvious that this hotel punches way above its weight.
Sun n Sand is amongst my best hotel stays globally. Immaculately maintained. Cannot believe it is over 60 years old. Check in was seamless. Took less than 5 minutes to check in. Very polite, experienced staff, that have worked here since long, with high level of commitment. Excellent turn around time of a few minutes for responding to room service requests, inspite of being a busy hotel with very high occupancy. My room was spacious and had an ocean view. Lovely spread for Breakfast with a large variety of salads, dressings, cut fruits, that I enjoyed immensely. Variety of salads and cut fruits was far better than St Regis where I stayed from July 10th to 12th prior to moving into Sun n Sand from July 12th to 15th. I found the breakfast better for vegetarians than Westn, Gurgaon and Westin Resort & Spa Sohna, where I worked as President of the owning Company for 11 years from 2008-2019. Very well managed by VP, Arunabh Sinha. Mr Sinha was always available in the hotel including Saturdays. Congratulations to Mr Sinha and his team, and thank you so, so, very much for making our stay a memorable one. We will not stay in any hotel in Mumbai other than Sun n Sand, whenever we visit to Mumbai. You have earned a life long loyal guest in me, and look forward to staying in your hotel again.
AAnaïs BI just left my room in the city palace. Bilan. I'm already sure I haven't had the room I had booked by bravofly. On the top, I don't congratulate bravofly who did not pass any information to show me to my arrival. I had a room of less than 4m2. To sleep, it's enough. No shower or toilet in the room of course. Hygiene correct if you refer to the hotel in general. Very many staff and rather laughing. Now the less fun sides. The price, probably 800 per night returns to me less to almost 1000.. For Mumbai, it is correct to 800, one may be less than 1000 but I passed through an intermediary so I keep 800.la advertised TV not work and it was a small cathodic tube. I didn't need it, but it's in the ad as a strong point and it's not a strong point at all. The real problem I had is noise. The whole street, clearson all night or almost, is going and comes incessantly from staff and customers. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. They had seen the tourist couple who leaves the train at 23:30 p.m. near all to not spend the night out and we rent a 4m2 room without windows at 2000 roupies. In short, I don't recommend this hotel unless you come to book in the early morning and choose the side and not more than 800. Or then, may be on til de belle chambre in the other floors but I have a big doubt That's it
