It was a good place, it was clean, it was having good linen on the bed. Bathroom was small, but manageable. Good overall.

I was staying at the property for one night. The place is very near to andheri local station so you will hear train noise throughout the night. Its very small place and i saw many homeless people staying near it. I think the lift was work in progress so i had to carry my luggage to first floor. I booked for standard room but they upgraded it to deluxe but the room was very tiny. There was no water throughout the night and even in morning. The bed and pillow were smelling and the room still had cigarette . If you are travel-ling with female then i would suggest to find another hotel as this place looks very shady.

Worst experience. Unprofessional and greedy staff members. The room was overall fine but they didn’t even made sure about amenities provided in rooms. They didn’t even cleaned the room. The water from tap wasn’t coming and they were so unprofessional. Their landline for calling desk wasn’t even working. Such a terrific experience. I won’t recommend taking any rooms in this hotel.

The stay was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Washroom and room both were clean. There was no foul smell in the room instead it was smelling good. 10 minutes walk from station. Overall, satisfied with the room and services.

It was a decent stay. Management and staff are very helpful and cooperative. The classic room which we booked as per picture was smaller than the picture however they have upgraded us without any further cost. Very convenient and near the andheri train as well as the metro station.

I had booked just to sleep overnight. As soon as i opened the door to the room, 2 mice ran out of the room. They never bothered changing the room. I was tired so just let it go and went to bed, just to realise it stinks so bad. The washroom was clean, which gave a sign of relief. Otherwise, not worth.

Room average not good clean and bathroom not proper clean. I am not happy with this deal. So please observe this for next visitors. Because first recommendation hygiene.

Good. Just the rooms are veey small. All rooms look like is for 2 people. . Id asked for another room. They provided the one nxt to smokers. And after complaining about it also. Thdy dis not change saying there is no rooms vacant. We did not used the second room even if have been charged. This was annoying. Rest. The assita was very good. Good was also. Beter. My small daughter like it very much as she was-able ti get her milk. And bred and buter. Over all. Good. Except the experia ce with the room one
