Dear hello how are you i booked a room in your hotel which i booked earlier. It was a standard room. Then i booked deluxe room. I am one of your customer and told your reception person if i like your room and facility i i will do every time booking in your hotel because i keep coming here. I have a complaint with you. When i booked the room , it was written inside that we will give you milan water. But the people who are sitting at your reception were asking for money from milt-on water's mouth. When i spoke to him, he silently gave me the bottle. Then the next day when i asked for a bottle, they gave a smaller one. I told me that you should give me the 1 liter bottle which you had given me last time. If you treat like this behind a water bottle, then next time no one will come to your hotel. I don't like complaining about small things. But i am your customer. You should solve each and every problem. Because whenever i give the key to your boy, he cleans the room, neither does he keep soap nor a water bottle inside it. When you tell him to give a bottle of water, then he goes and keeps the bottle and then sometimes talks about money.
