Very delayed checked in. They sold rooms to first daily passengers. Very busy in breakfast and less staff to handle.
Location and rooms are good enough.

I booked and paid for a double room, but all the amenities were only for one person. The Deluxe room cost about $90 including breakfast, which wasn't worth it. It was very small, and a larger person would have trouble moving around in the bathroom. On the positive side, my room requests were accommodated, and the breakfast was good.

I had booked a 3-day stay at Ginger Hotel Mumbai, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. While the room itself was acceptable (very small & okayish), the washroom was not clean and appeared very unhygienic. Within minutes of using it, I noticed a cockroach in the washroom, which was unacceptable. I could see the dirtiness and it was a tiny washroom.
I immediately informed the reception and requested a refund. The manager showed me a few alternative rooms, but the washroom cleanliness issues seemed to persist. As a result, I decided to leave and book another hotel.
I will NOT recommend this to anyone. Don’t believe the pics online .
The refund was eventually processed, but the process was not straightforward and required multiple follow-ups. Overall, the poor cleanliness standards and the inconvenience of the refund process made for a very disappointing experience. I hope I get some compensation from Trip due to wated time n bad experience. I haven’t any tho.

The hotel was great! It was close to the airport and the staff were friendly. It's a good place to stay if you arrive in the evening and have an early morning flight. However, while the room was cozy, the shower space in the bathroom was a bit cramped. Despite that, I would be willing to stay here again.
