You get *exactly* what you pay for - buyer beware!
The hotel is essentially more or less as advertised. If you need something urgent, and you can't find anything, and you are really REALLY low on cash, and you don't want to stay in a dormitory, and you are willing to overlook a LOT of other things such as unavailability of windows and weirdness/creepiness of location and not having your own key to the room, then this might be an option for you to consider.
The only other scenario I can come up with is if you are looking for a private room for a few hours in the busiest part of Andheri-Oshiwara. For whatever reason - I'm not judging

I have never experienced such a stay in my life. No water smelling fishy also very conjusted rooms, dint get blanket, shower towel.. Never reccomend... 🙏🏽
