I got the room at 3rd floor even after discussing and when i said that my parents won't be able to climb the stairs they were least bothered so ultimately i need to cancel my booking for remaining days and search for alternatives. Worst experience ever had as compared to any hotel.

I booked a room with ac and window. ( i've not ever seen a hotel offering non- ac room without windows) i've not ever seen a hotel room so small and dirty. The ac was not working. Fortunately, i stayed there for only 5 hours as i had train at 5:10 am from cs-mt next morning. It's better to stay at the station waiting lounge than staying here.
