The experience was really good. The staff was extremely well trained and polite. It would have been even better if our request for an early check-in was accepted since a 2PM check-in felt really late considering our arrival in the morning. But apart from that there were absolutely zero concerns as everything was Radisson class level in terms of service.

The room given to me was worst. The dustbin was broken and rusted, the toilet roller was torn and broken, the floor carpet was not clean and hence walking over it was more bad. This was inspire of having raddisson memebership.the hotel management can contact me for the photos of same.

Warm hospitality, good staff always smiling , yummy food, over all good :) breakfast has got lotta options even the customised ones. Staff is very helpful and professional. Overall ambience was good .24X7 quick services were available.I would recommend stay here as my experience was extremely smooth and good.Whenever I’ll visit Mumbai again,I would again keep my stay here onlyIt was my birthday here, and staff made sure to make it a memorable one.

Sakshi, Meghana, Prashant, Himanshu, Hrishikesh, Dashrath they were so helpful and kind. Dipti Really did her best job and was always there when we had some questions. She made our stay unforgettable and she was always smiling and Asking about our experience in the hotel, she will definitely achieve so much success in her life and we wish her and her team Best Of luck .Unfortunately we had to leave the hotel because of some work and We were emotional while leaving the hotel but will definitely visit back soon and will stay more longer Next time. I enjoyed stay here at Radisson MIDC. It was 7 long days stay. This location has various advantages of nearby IT Parks, Industries and Airport. Connectivity by any mode of transportation is very good. Everything was very well organised. Cleaning was very good everyday. Recommendations/Suggestions/Comments: 1. Breakfast preparations can be less oily. I felt some items were too oily. 2. Bakery items were all vegetarian so I haven’t felt loosing out on any of the available items. All of the bakery items specifically cake and brownies were great. 3. In room cleaning, wet mopping was not getting carried out. Dry mopping can take out the dust partially but not completely. I think for longer stays wet mopping is essential. If it was carpet flooring then it can be skipped but as flooring is wooden that should have done. I suggest if this can be implemented in future.

Liked it due to location and an optimum experience, required for a business traveler. Next to our office as well as fairly close to airport. Good spread of breakfast, friendly and energetic staff and room ambiance. Overall a good experience.
