The staff was really nice and is very willing to help you. The room was clean.
Besides being near to a beach, the area the hotel is in is not that good. Near it are a few businesses that play very loud music every day, 'till about 1.30 AM. Add to that the location near the airport with planes taking off and you're in a very noisy area.
I guess the building and rooms of the hotel once were very nice, but nowadays it exudes faded glory. Much is looking old and not well taken care of (e.g. water taps, toilet, doors, old sheets, wood). After a few days, you can get used to that, but it exudes decay.

The hotel needs to work on its room a lot. They don’t have any proper ventilation, felt little suffocated. The food taste & quality is worst, the chefs need to get changed. Half of the recipes written in menu card is not available. They don’t have any proper sitting area/cafe to eat breakfast, its in open garden but because of hot weather, you can’t sit there and eat. Wifi network is very very poor, there is no mobile network available in rooms & hotel wifi coverage is very poor.

I must say, it was a pleasant stay. Staff is good and well behaved. Service is good. Located on main tara road opposite juhu beach, so it is good location for walking. Food is good. Overall very satisfied. Thanks. No thanks
