The staff was really nice and is very willing to help you. The room was clean.
Besides being near to a beach, the area the hotel is in is not that good. Near it are a few businesses that play very loud music every day, 'till about 1.30 AM. Add to that the location near the airport with planes taking off and you're in a very noisy area.
I guess the building and rooms of the hotel once were very nice, but nowadays it exudes faded glory. Much is looking old and not well taken care of (e.g. water taps, toilet, doors, old sheets, wood). After a few days, you can get used to that, but it exudes decay.

Very understanding and cooperative staff. Food was good. Only issue i faced was in the wash room which has some faulty plumbing.

Location is near juhu beach. It is a old property with all amenities. Staff is very nice and helpful. Food is good. Breakfast is not upto the mark. Good for family and short business trip.

Locational advantage: hardly a road cross away from juhu beach
friendly staff: the moment we entered hotel beach garden, we were welcomed with smiling faces. Everyone at the hotel is ready to help and serve you better. Room: room was clean. Bathroom was ok too. Found it little small but may be because it was economy room. I was told that standard and deluxe rooms are larger, will explore next time. This time i could get economy room as all other rooms were already booked for my dates. Food: our package of including breakfast. They have multiple day wise options like poha, upama, mixed pakoda with three types of veg and non veg sandwiches, corn-flex with hot and cold milk, eggs on order. We found the taste and taste satisfactory. Service: there is a qr code in the room for all room related services like in room dining and room service and it is fast. Surprisingly, food was quite reasonably priced. Quality and taste was good too.

It's not a 3 star or a 5 star. But they try to make the best out of what they have. One of the best hotels which is value for money spent. The staff are very decent and helpful. Rooms need a little renovation as it's a old property. But overall a very good hotel and would definitely recommend for a stay. The location of the property is a add on.
