To be honest, It was kind of hard to find the hotel but I was glad that I could find this hotel. It’s located nearby with the Airport. So for those who always book early flight, you can stay in this hotel. Everything is so vintage in this hotel and so peaceful. Worth every penny.

I want money back as must go out of hotel as they has no interent Also they are very rude expalinig that they sell the room but nto wifi and if i dotn like can go in other hotel So I must leave hotel, on 27 afternoon at 16,00 .... they not accet return money nothing just tell that i sbetter to stay ther and wait tomorrow I mentione din my request .....import issue wifi ................otherwise room or hotel not interest so.................they todl me that must money back ask form u so when u will return back me money f 1 day I then must book Holidy Inn wh is more expenive 140 eur / day /// as didnt knwo where to go after this situation in hotel wait u answrer urgently

Hotel was located near airport it’s was very easy for transport and stay was also good, specially reception staff ( Nikhat)was always happy to help with smile. I recommend to stay this hotel with family and friends.would like to come again Thank you

I chose not to stay at this hotel. The person at reception wasn’t particularly friendly with me. I arrived early and asked to sit in the restaurant while I waited to be checked in. The tables in the restaurant were sticky and dirty. I also asked the reception for a WiFi password while I was waiting and it seemed to be an issue. I was questioned about my laptop and they didn’t have enough WiFi codes. The reception said he would come back to me but didn’t. I felt really frustrated by the way I was treated and left the hotel to find another place to stay. When I told him I would be leaving he was glib and said ok, as if who cares. I would not recommend!

Very misleading pictures on this website. The place is absolutely Filthy, smells like stale water, rooms dirty with stains and rips on bedding and furniture, and the pillows on the bed actually had mould on them. I had to lay my jacket over the pillow to try and get some sleep as it felt so dirty and unhygienic. Booked for 3 nights but stayed only 1 night and left because we could not bare how disgusting this place was. We were literally on the phone booking another hotel within 10 minutes of getting to the room. Not offered a refund for the remaining days we didn’t stay, and the staff at the hotel didn’t care at all. Trip.Com also didn’t do anything to help A massive waste of time and money .

The location is in the middle of a very heavy traffic zone. You might miss your flight hence need to leave 2 hours earlier than whatever you plan. Room was spacious but not so clean. AC is right opposite your face while sleeping so you will catch a cold for sure. Overall it's okay but will refrain from booking again.

Check in time not good. 2pm is too late.

The location is in a local area, so it's busy. There are no treatments or hair dryers. The sheets and towels are old. Wifi is weak. The male staff's response is clerical.

Although I checked into the hotel late at night, I felt safe and the price/performance ratio was good.

It's very nice hotel near international airport Mumbai terminal 2 the person needs to stay for day or two. The cleaning and maintenance is very good. The staff who is taking care of guest specially Ms. Nikhat very helpful and cooperative .......

The stay was pretty amazing i had stayed 2 days in this hotel the staff was behaving really well specially Miss Nikhat having very good behaviour and my family had great time here and going to visit again in this hotel and recommend to everyone
