Hotel O Lal Sai Residency

Pathetic hotel no cleanniness. No tv. N waiters. Nothing. Stinking and no staff to listen. Rats moving around open wires hanging unsafe for stay

Excellent service, room was ok, room service was good, food was good, staff was good, everything was up to the mark

There were no locks on door n i asked for room change they completely denied it. We have payed whole amount after that they haven’t give me the same room which has shown in the makemytrip gallery, the room which they have allotted was not proper bathroom windows were broken, no lock on door, no phone service.

Location of the hotel is convenient. Hotel is clean and good. Not far from my place of work. Area around the hotel is bit congested

Decent staff, clean place, value for money

The residency houses a sindhi temple and community hall, and is apparently run by the trustees itself. Which is why non-veg and alcohol are prohibited inside the premises. Our stay included complimentary meal and breakfast. The meal they serve is a simple fare of dal, rice, roti and sabzi, but it is freshly made and served hot. Same was the case with breakfast. The rooms are not too fancy, yet they are decently clean with the required facilities. The location is slightly in a remote part of versova, yet quite close to the happening areas in andheri. We were satisfied with the service and the hospitality, and might repeat this residency for another time.
