My stay at Indie Studio, Govandi was fantastic. The place was neat and clean. Area nearby was full of restaurants and connectivity to BKC and nearby area is not a problem. You get cabs and auto very easily. Hospitality and service was very good. I will definately stay in my next trip at the property and highly recommend others too!! Lastly and importantly Farheen the lady at the front office was very humble. Thanks Farheen! Keep the good job rolling!

It was a terrible experience because we had requested to give early check-in access and it was shown in the computer, but the hotel manager was forcing to giving the rooms for those who have rooms but not for the geometries. I totally give it a zero star because it is such a bad experience.

Clean and comfortable room, excellent front desk staff, safe. The worst part was the food. Hardly anything they cooked for breakfast was edible. They only serve breakfast and lunch (which we did not dare to try, after the horrible experience with breakfast. Dinner they buy from a vendor and serve. Worse than breakfast, when we thought it could not get worse! the location is almost unreachable, no car can enter the compound, which means you have to take taxis and get off on the road!
almost every guest ordered food through zomato. After 11 pm you are entirely on your own until early morning - nobody at any desk!
taught us a bitter lesson that we should not book hotels of unknown brands. Never again! total waste of 8000 rupees (

They don’t even change bed sheets after someone checks out. Beds were stained with curry makes. All this happened right in front of my eyes.

It was pretty good. I liked the coziness of the room as it’s good for a single person. My only complaint was there being a lack of hot water directly from the shower. Otherwise, the staff, ambience, and breakfast were great.
