It was indeed a very good stay for a budget friendly option, the place and the room is cleaned, they have approachable staff who always made sure my room was perfectly clean. Location is great and accessible, finding things are much easier and walking distance to some some of the good restaurant. Indeed I enjoyed my stay for a solo traveler.

Poor Front office staff. They are not rude, they will simply stand like a dummy there. Every now and then the maintenance guy will be there to repair some or the other thing while you are in room. They only provide 1 bottled water a day, After that they charge you for every bottle. And they clearly told me just 1 bottle complimentary. That means if you have booked room for 1 day, only 1 bottle. So visit this hotel during month of Ramzaan. They will make your fasting easy. Bathroom soap dispenser was broken. When asked to repair the same, the cute front office staff asked me to take bath with a soap. Soooo much of love. I doubt if this hotel belongs to government sector because they behaved like one. Only one advantage... Location. That is it.

Honestly don't know what to write. Staff were pleasant but the area is a building site. You take your life in your hands to cross the road and propane gas laden trucks go speeding down the noisy flyover exit outside your window all night long.

AC dosent work half the time. Asked to wait for 3-4 hours for any repair. Rooms need to checked properly, bedding is unclean. Was asked to shift room for maintenance work as well on a previous visit. They are prompt to take bookings even though they are not providing the service promised. Staff is not bothered if any complaints are made.
