Capital O 42409 Hotel Zara Grand

It was the worst experience ever. I would advise anyone to stay away from this Hotel!. Do not be scammed! We checked in on 29 Nov 2023 for 2 nights, from the moment we checked in they had already scammed us with the fee. We had a discount on the taxes and extra charges from the *********** website. But when we went there to make the payment they asked for the full amount including the taxes and extra charges. The AC in the room was broken making deafening noises and had to move to other rooms. The amenities mentioned were not available at all. They even barged into our room to take our coffee maker from the room without asking for our consent and we had to wait for several hours and requested multiple times to get it back!. What hospitality is that!?. The service was pathetic and the staff was the worst. The food was pricy and not worth the price. There were lots of noises disturbing our sleep but took no initiative to check it. Moreover, when we checked out we were given no invoice or anything which was very suspicious. And after we had left the place, they had used my email ID without my consent to write themselves a good review giving 10/10. When called to enquire multiple times the person on the line tried every possible way to avoid the issue. If I could I would report it!

Not hygienic. Pathetic room service, even after repeated requests, rooms were not cleaned. No complimentary water bottles in room. They charge 30 RS per water bottle. No GST bill, while checking out, no proper GST invoice was given.

Overall everything was good. My concern was about payment for my cousin room. I paid cash Rs8000 for 4 nights and got no receipt. A bit suspicous. Mujamil was terrific. He brought us breakfast. Cleaned the room and changed the bed linen and towels. Really very helpful.

Location little difficult to find out. Landmark is opposite to Aerocity complex. Building appearance poor. Reception average, takes too much time in check in. Took our adhar card & didn't return. Later the manager kindly couriered that to us & I paid the charges. All operations too slow. Room ok type. Had to change room once as wash basin had no outlet hose. AC ok. Food average. Good for 1 night business trip only.

Hotel experience was good only like staff, cleaning housekeeping was there. I booked deluxe room inthe hotel which can be better other than that everything was good... cleanliness was there and overall I can say comfortable stay

Good hotel experience also good but they should keep housekeeping inthe night as well that it will be much helpful who have kids other wise great experience we had.. hygiene also there when we entered breakfast can be improved

Room was small as compared to other rooms but it was clean and tidy. Washroom was also good and clean but the canister of body wash and handwash was empty. It was a good stay if someone wants to stay for 1-2 days. I'll give 3.5/5 star to this hotel

I had good stay and rooms were good and size also preferable one , one thing which I did not like is service I think room service is quite late not every time but sometimes I am giving 5 star for the property and experience not for service

Best and quick service provided as per the need. Solo stay or family stay can be planned. Water and food quality are good. Clean rooms. Needed improvement 1. the tap water speed. 2. Daily needs should be provided
