My parents had a pleasant stay at hotel karan palace. They did not have a kitchen or a small kitchen, but whatever my parents ordered, they could serve in time. The room was cozy and the road was visible from the window behind the bed.

Reception staff and other staff very much impressive, cooperative. Towels were old, bed sheet also with some spots. Cost is too high. Should be around 2000 per night. Hotel is average to good. Easily accessible near goregaon east station. You can have fresh food in nearby hotel 50 to 100 mtr only. Overall stay will be costly. Hotel must arrange tiffin service of 100 rs max for lunch, dinner. Would be beneficial for people. Also hotel price should be around 2000 all gst inclusive

WiFi not working, problem with all remotes. Room service staff is very good, have to call multiple times to remind.

The rooms are very small and mosquitoes are there, which is a major concern, however the staff of the hotel are very good and well behaved

Very comfortable place with good connectivity to mumbai's public transport. Manta and the staff was on the toes to help us out with any difficulty, very helpful!highly recommended, i am very satisfied!
