Lovely stay at the Bloom Hotel, Juhu during Diwali period. Room was fairly clean and staff very helpful. The shower was powerful. The app feature is also very good. Close to many bars, clothing shops & restaurants. Breakfast options were limited.

The whole property was dirty, a guest house was converted to a hotel. The linen and towels were all dirty, there were insects everywhere, even the floor was sticky.

Excellent stay with prime location. The rooms were too the point and staff were very friendly. The checking was smooth and the place was great for a short stay. Rooms were clean and had basic amenities which we required. Mahek was very helpful during the stay.

The experience was great here. The tech concept of the hotel is very amazing leaving very less error and human interaction, although people at hotel were of great help for recommending places. Rooms were cleam but there is still scope of improvement. Will recommend for short stay as the room size is small. Mahek, bablu and atif were great at work always smiling and willing to help

No cleaning very old damages in the room no cleaned matters no laundry availability on urgent basis or nor even same day return.

The stay was nice and the staff was very friendly. Amazing location walking distance from many landmarks like Juhu beach. Very clean rooms and tasty breakfast. Overall everything was perfect. Special thanks to Prem from front desk who gave us some good advice on local markets and was very courteous.

The stay was terrible and can't say anything more the water seepage from the room and the Staff was really very rude to me Prem from front desk was very bad and stupid guy I ever meet he told me for dollar xchange but given me very lower rate from the actual and stealing the money He has very bad costumer service ... And they Charging for water bottle and was asking money in cash I am paying through card but they rejected ...that was insane to me ...

The staff were amazing and very accommodating I got in late they organised a meal and the manager personally assured me of the quality.I would highly recommend this place. The restaurant also has great food and ambience with an excellent selection of drinks.
