This was my second time stay at this hotel. Both the times i had late check-in and i booked the hotel on the last moment itself. The check out was at 12 which was very comforting. I never had any problem. For my first stay i was with my female colleague and second stay with my female family members and a child. I felt this hotel is safe for females guests and children. About cleanliness, bathroom and the room was quite clean. I had sound sleep without any smell. About breakfast it was good. Overall stay was good and safe. Staff members were polite with happy faces. And i would definitely recommend this hotel to my colleagues especially female ones.

My stay at astoria has been great. No complaints as of now. Everything is good about it specially the location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is also polite and friendly.

Great location, fairly good size of rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast offerings need to be a little tastier and more varied. The only good parts of the breakfast when I went were the egg preparations and the dosa counter. Recently renovated reception area gives a good feel while entering the hotel

I had business meeting and had to visit mumbai, our organization provided stay at Astoria. Best stay i have experienced ever. Room are comfortable and breakfast options are best. Staff is good and friendly. Connection to bus and railway is just a min walk.

It was a very pleasant stay. From outside the hotel doesn't look fancy, but the interiors are clean and well maintained. Really liked the service of all the staff, from front desk to housekeeping to helpers. They were very polite, extremely empathetic and helpful. Breakfast spread was average but different every day. Rooms were clean with basic amenities in place. Few minor things which i feel could be changed are (a) the pillows are very hard; (b) bathroom should have a hair dryer

Very nice hotel and nice location 900 mtr distance marin drive. Very clean room and nice staff. Excellent breakfast.

The air conditioning was not working properly, I was sweating and the bathroom towels were very old (even though it was clean) to absorb the water and very rough on the skin.

The hotel is at a very nice location near Churchgate, VT station. The hotel is also very quite and clean and has a rich feeling. The Staff is very nice and polite. The breakfast served was tasty. The dining area os also stylish and pleasant. Recommended.

Not good. Air conditioner not working properly, very old and malfunctioning. Need to keep the tap open for 15 to 20 minutes before the hot water starts flowing. Some issues with the water heater. Breakfast is just okay.
