Rooms were good but service and hospitality and customer service was terrible. Food was expensive but quality of food was good.

Excellent amenities and well maintained infrastructure. The only issue i faced was that the wifi password was not promptly provided and i had make repeated requests to attain the same. Very decent staff and food is great as well. Definitely recommend.

Stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights during my business trip to Mumbai. The hotel is located centrally, very near to the Chembur station. The building at first glance looks to be a shopping complex with shops all around. The rooms are decent and have all the basic amenities. The breakfast spread was good and food was decent. You have easy access to Taxi and Autos as the hotel is on the main road. The rooms don’t have balcony nor do they offer any good views. Suits good for business travels.

It was an overnight stay and good items in breakfast and timely availability. No need of waiting to check-in even at 02. 40 hrs.

Location wise it’s a good property but service is very poor and more beddings are even poorer.
