Hotel Kemps Corner

This hotel does something so cool and different from other hotels I’ve been to in India, they offer complimentary snacks in the evening from 5:30-6:30pm which offers you an opportunity to try local food. They also put a few snacks in your room which was a really nice touch. They also offer a complimentary foot massage each morning which is a really nice to have. The staff are incredibly nice. The best part of my room was the little balcony. The bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable though! It’s a well located hotel and about 5km from most tourist attractions and taxis are easy to come by.

The breakfast which was included was above our expectations and the staff there were very friendly. There was also snacks available in the afternoon which was a nice touch as the food was very good. The location of the hotel was good for the south of Mumbai and only 35 mins from the airport in a car. If you have a lot of activities in the north I would maybe recommend against this hotel as there would be a lot of travelling.The door staff and bell boys were also very polite and would go out of their way to do things for you. Unfortunately the worst part of our experience was the reception staff who gave you the feeling of being a burden. A lot of requests and questions were met with short answers and not much of a smile. Lastly the layout of our room was strange with the bed in the centre of the room and next to the phone on the wall which you would knock off the handle if you moved in the night. Also the room was different to the pictures on the site.

At first, i wasn't impressed with the property because of its price, and the room seemed small. However, i was won over by the room's interior and cleanliness. The balcony is quite spacious, offering a lovely view of the greenery from the neighboring heritage property. The highlight of my stay was the complimentary foot massage and the soothing flute music in the morning, as well as the complimentary snacks in the evening. The masseurs, who are blind, do an exceptional job, so i highly recommend tipping them. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the service from the staff was outstanding. Overall, the staff was excellent. The location is also quite convenient, being close to priyadarshini park and the beach.

Very bad experience with the stay with your hotel in one day we transfer room for three time and last room main not properly a /c

I stayed for one night. Was allotted room no. 116 in a neighbouring building. Room was really tiny. No space even for a nice able or teapoy. Double bed's one side was pushed to the wall so only one side available to go on or come down from the bed. Bathroom is so tiny that wash basin was in the room near the head of the bed. No restaurant for lunch or dinner. Food provided in the name of room service was not h woth. Also the one has to eat the food on the bed as there was no space in the room for chair and table. Except for location it was horrifying experience. Had never felt cheated and deceived in terms of hotel stay in the last 50 years of my travel experience. Will not recommend to even my worst enemy.

Locatiin is very good in high society of mumbai. Staff is very cooperative. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are very clean. Taxi and booking service available. No doubt room and toilet are not spacious but enough for business traveller. Rates are reasonable in view of lication.

Good sraff and good services. Very few options available in this area so definitely this is the best choice.

Neat and clean hotel. A bit expensive but as it is in posh area, staffs are very amiable, cordial, very good. Overall pleasant stay of mine.
