My purpose of visit was to attend US Consulate. The hotel is placed within 20 mts drive to Consulate.
The room size on topmost floor was adequate, clean with basic toiletry. The toilet is re- camped and good. The room walls showed dry patches of water seepage, and the wooden doors are starving to be polished.
The hotel has a veg cuisine at the ground floor. Choice of snacks and food includes both South n North Indian plus Chinese. Tasty.
Mr Chaitree the front desk lad was courteous and helpful.
Overall, good for a day or two stay.

Not look like value for money. The facilities are very basic. Limited channel in tv. The furnishing, bed are not great. Tea kettle was not working and necessary items for tea coffee are not kept. During night, no phone attendant. The hotel is in very noisy area. The traffic horn sound us very disturbing.

Very nice stay. Highly recommend. Behavior of staffs, room cleanness all are excellent. Location also very convenient, bus, train, airport all are very close.

the hotel is not as nice as it’s displayed,
to mention a few:
lack of hygiene washroom isn’t maintained well
lights don’t work properly a very bad smell of dead rats from the false ceiling

Hotel location is wrong on google map. Its next to santa cruz east station. Very well located if you want to travel via local trains. Rooms are big but very run down. Gets the work done but not anything fancy. If they invest a bit in upkeep and new covers etc it can significantly upgrade the experience. Breakfast is very basic, staff is courteous and helpful.
