Great service with decent location and rooms, breakfast options need to be better

Clean comfortable convenient, excellent staff attitude always a pleasant stay

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

The services in the hotel are awesome with accomodating and hospitable staff. Cleanliness is on high standards as well as the meals. I am particularly grateful for their understanding whenever unforseen issues arise. I am impressed and would wish to stay there during my next visit.

I had the best experience at hotel from hospitality to food to how the staff communicates. The receptionist was exceptional the directions given was easy to follow.I would highly recommend to any coming to visit Served by Pankaj and roystan

room had wifi issues and they shifted it thankfully quickly. but the worst was stale food served to me for dinner despite me making it clear am sensitive and to only serve me freshly made fried rice with no preservatives. the one I got was stale and could make out from the look of it. usually am the one to create a big fuss and these days have vowed to be calm and let things be. the night was horrible and was burping all night and could hardly sleep for couple of hours. morning complain to the reception who was bit receptive but the F&B guy asked me why did you not complain and did not even acknowledge the issue. he just stood there like a stone. else the location is good and the rooms are decent. the fitness center is actually good. had stayed there before but that time in an upgraded room. their breakfast has also dropped in quality and spread from the last time.

Good customer service and welcome people. Served by Pankaj &Allan, - I would recommend this restaurant to people coming from Kenya and Africa at large for they also offer good meals just like what you get at home. -The hotel has good coordination of staff, very neat also

I had a warm reception from the receptionist, the weather is cool not too not cold. Staff are very good especially allan at front desk ☺ and hotel ambience is very good and room are very clean and beautiful location wise is near to the airport ♥ ☺

Visited mirador for the first time stay and accommodation was amazing specially food in restaurant and even room was up to the mark airport is very near felt like a vacation staff was really good friendly Mr John and Allan at front desk Like to visit again

It was a pleasant stay for a short trip . Very accessible to the near by corporate Area . Food was good …but the buffet quality can be improved as food was cold . Ambiance was pleasant and Staff very helpful, courteous and cooperative . Overall a good stay . Easily accessible from airport . I definitely recommend this hotel for business trips .

room got renovated nicely, always clean, wifi signal is also good. Breakfast are marvelous. I live the quietness despite being in the middle of very busy street, easy to get cab since it's in front of the main street Staffs are always helpful, especially Leonard and Roystan

Everything was awesome and staffs were accomodative..... The breakfast,yoghurts,fruits were awesome The rooms were ever clean and towels were being changed daily..............I love everything about the hotel..................

Very comfortable stay, liked the food & services. Visited hotel for the first time staff was excellent Mr Dinesh from house of Asia Allan from frost desk loved with the location I would visit again in my future plan I would recommend my friends and family at this hotel
